Well..its an Adobe Acrobat Document..so maybe if you don't have that you can't read it..otherwise just show allfiles and look for demanuel or some such..its for editing all the countires if you want to make certain scenerios..spelled wrong..or just change the world when the world changes..or just mess around with if u really want too..its cool..lots of good info in it too about SS ops and some other stuff..

Just realized something... whenever I allow a game other than EU to get my attention, I still have Der Patrizier 2, Grim Fandango, CTP2 (I know many people hate it - I don't!), Blade Runner, Civ - Test of Time, and about half a dozen other games I bought the past months from the bargain racks...

Defcon looks great, I have always dreamed of a game where you could take control of real world countries. There are a couple of things I don't like though:
1) There is no multiplayer
2) There is no way to 'annex' a conquered country, you just take control of it. Also, the borders of all countries are fixed, with no way for a new country (Palestine, Kurdistan) to separate from an existing one, and no way to acheive such possible events as a union of North and South Korea (if one is conquered by the other, it will be a separate occupied country), or the incorporation of Taiwan into China.

Blasphemy!!!!!!!!!!! Do you even know if they are going to make this game? They plan too, but right now all they have is sketches. It's probably over 2 years aways still. Civ II was better than MOO2 so I will stick with that.

There is an editor. I don't know if it will allow you to edit that much but it may be helpful.
It's kind of realistic that one can't annex the whole world, but possibly control it.
Yes, no multiplayer in this version. Not in this version. Possibly they will make another one. I hope they work on the interface a little, so many buttons.

I have mentioned black and white. Release on March yes. But you have to remember the things about B&W. Your power to cast spells is based on the motion you pick with your mouse. The more accurate you are the more powerful the spell. I personally have troubles with hand shaking while I use mouse, early arthritis or something. So you can imagine my situation.
Still playing god, making big creatures, your land reflects the spells you cast, evil or good.

You're entitled to it, you can have it. Hmmmmm I had heard it was a bit aways. Who's making it? MOO2 certainly is a good game, but civ started it all. IMHO.
I hope it ,like civ III, is not delayed.
Warcraft III has been delayed several times now. Looking at June 2001. It was originally scheduled for early 2000 if I'm not mistaken.
