The game should show the lost tax income from being over your demesne limit

The game tooltips say that you lose vassal tax income from being over your demesne limit. However, it doesn't actually show it anywhere. So it's not even clear if you are losing income. The tooltips might just be wrong.

The tooltips also say that being over your demesne limit makes your vassals unhappy, but this doesn't seem to be the case as far as I can tell. Another case of false tooltips?

I've also been told by other people that being over your demesne limit affects your own personal demesne levies and income. However, the tooltips don't say anything about that. And as far as I can see that's not true.

So this stuff definitely is confusing and needs to be sorted out. Why have tooltips if they're providing false information and not enough information? The official Wiki can't be trusted because it could be out of date.

There is a grace period so you aren't immediately penalized for inheriting something. But then you get -10 per county

I've also been told by other people that being over your demesne limit affects your own personal demesne levies
