I've been going Brother x Sister/Cousin for a while a now and can't seem to get the inbred trait.

Brother/Sister marraiges are only allowed in certain religions, and those religions (in order to be playable that way without the inbred trait becoming epidemic after a dozen generations) have a bonus that you are five times less likely to get. The inbred trait. Also it happens more often the more successive generations you do it. At a certain point in a Zoroastrian game even with the 5* reduced chance, inbred starts popping up all over the place, and once it starts, anyone who manages to reproduce with that trait is very likely to pass it on (even more so I think if they marry a close relative themselves). So it happens, but only aged a while, but once it does it snowballs out of control.

i already did , it just copy and paste work , creating things in a savegame file , wanted to know the limit before the stacks of childeren goes haywire on the UI .
And let say enough inbred happened , not cause of affairs of little childeren .
Neither is it lesbians cause they don't have the homosexual trait .

But since you are too lazy to find the answer , I guess says enough , go try it first before saying you experienced it all .
everyday I find something new in this game that amazes me .

So I made a script which had one courtier impregnate EVERY WOMAN in the game (who isn't pregnant, under 16, over 40, or dead). I've done this twice (1000 children so far) and I have 0 inbred children. I'll continue testing until I get about 10000 children and report back. I'll also post my scripts and save file so you can do it yourself. However, as of now, I think you are wrong from my evidence so far!

am not afraid to admit am wrong , but my games shows different .
You running the game how long ? Or just running the dna check ? Or really playing so the world around simply keeps going , iceland nothing ever happens .

In 1000 childeren that is 10 years time , when the bugs start to set in .
if you just do first generation at the same starting year , the system can easily handle that .
they are how many women per realm generated randomly in first month .

You don't need 10000 childeren , you only need 100 , especially those with dynasty .
10000 lowborns nothing ever will happen , cause they don't have a dynasty .

And what? What about this courtier's children's children?
