I got a new computer and I wanted to install CK 2 on it. I had bought the game with some DLCs already via Steam and on old computer it worked fine. Now I downloaded and installed the CK 2 but it won't work. In the launcher window, I can't see any of my DLCs. However, when I go to properties -> DLC I can see the list of all my purchased DLCs. I've tried to verify the files twice but it hasn't worked. I've re-installed the game and restarted Steam... nothing happened. Even the original game won't work. My computer is running Windows 8.

EDIT: Looks like the problem was fixed when I downloaded another game, and Steam automatically installed DirectX. So the problem was in DirectX and it's files(about 200 files didn't exist).
