the game doesn´t load

When i start the game, it opens the launcher and after clik on playing it starts to load. But at about 6 % it freeze. When i minimize and re maximize, it has continued loading but freezes direktly again.
I already have tried everything i found, like window mode and reinstall and so.

When the game loads, i have found something in the error.txt

I hope someone can help me with my problem.

Has the game ever run successfully on this computer? Or never?

IF IT USED TO RUN:
Please do a full **clean** re-install:

- move any valued save games elsewhere, and user_empire_designs.txt from /Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/ if you have made any custom empires or races.
- "uninstall" in Steam-Stellaris
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/Stellaris AND Documents/Paradox/Stellaris folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- start the game with no mods active and test

In particular you need to make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam Stellaris or Documents Stellaris locations, before installing again.


IF NEVER:
Let's look at a few things that cover the most common causes of this:

Do you see the game's launcher and the crash happens after that? Or is the crash before the launcher even comes up?

If it shows up, please change the game's resolution in the Launcher (gear icon, lower left) to match your computer's desktop - commonly 1920x1080.

Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010\ and run dxsetup.exe
Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2010\ and run vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe
Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris\_CommonRedist\DotNet\4.0 Client Profile\ and run dotNetFx40_Client_x86_x64.exe

Does there exist a folder Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/ ? If not, most likely you have Bitdefender or ESET and that app is getting in the way. Add stellaris.exe to its Trusted List and you should be OK from there. This may also apply to other anti-virus or security apps.

Also if you have FRAPS or the MSI Gaming App installed, disable it as it clashes with this game.

If that doesn't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Stellaris/settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

I have played the game round about 40 hours, bevor the problems.
Unfortunately all attemps did not work. The games launcher starts normal, but after clicking on play, the game goes at full screen to the background and i onely hear the game musik. And when i start the game in window mode i have a white desktop and hear the musik too.

What change or update occurred between when the game last ran okay and first had this problem? Windows, AV app, game patch ... ?

What antivirus app do you use? Add steam.exe and stellaris.exe to its Exceptions list.

If that doesn't help, please also attach here all files in the /logs/ folder that are over 0 bytes, thanks.

oh sorry, i do not know that update between . Steam.exe and stellaris.exe are always all the time on the Exceptions list. I use AVG as antivirus app.
I have tested to join the actually BETA 2.0.4 and surprisingly i can play it. But the normal game without the BETA program doesen´t start.
I dont understand that.
I have attached here all files in my /logs/ folder.

2.0.4 is now the official release, not a beta. Is it still okay?
