Just a note to say that I really don't think I am going to be able to get the energy to post before the weekend.
I think with X-Mas around the corner we may as well scale back and just have an old-fashioned FC feast and drink session. After that we can ramp up to the next section.
T-H, I'm thinking along the same lines. Now is a good time to set the stage for the next phase. I'll likely do a few more Sulyman posts. As it is, it will take Murad at least a month to assemble a proper army. When we ramp up expect a time-jump of about a month, if not more...

Wait until you see what I do next, T Hawk...besides, I bet you REALLY enjoyed lunch didn't you? I'm sure you've all heard of turducken, which is a chicken stuffed into duck and that stuffed into a turkey. Well since turkeys are a North American bird....I decided on Goucken..which is chicken into duck and then into a goose. Now that is gonna be interesting! Better have dinner before you read it....<evil grin>

Singleton Mosby is out of action for the remainder of June and unfortunately I am for the remainder of December.

Ah, LD your post on Murad made me rewrite like crazy but I think it worked out well. In fact I think it came out better with the rewrite. I don't know what lands the Ottomans control in the story so I just winged it. I can always edit if you think it necessary.
