I checked out your site and was very happy with the tactical positions of the company.

Am I allowed to enter them as a private or a knight?

Both would be fine SingletonM, PM LD with the details, we are rather short on knight characters, so you might get more interaction from an infatry grunt,

OTOH a knight would be interacting with me, and I'd love to have more than myself to talk to

Tough luck

SM is joining us as one of Chen's famed light cavalry. My suggestion would be to put him under Phalanx.

I am about to do SOMETHING in EUtopia which should have some bearing on my ability to roleplay for the Company. I can't elaborate, because it's a total secret and Phalanx and Amric aren't allowed to know.

V (and Bebo), I would prefer to flesh out this fight rather than hop on to the next one (like what happened to the one Stroph initiated earlier). But if you've run out of things to say, we can move on.

Fine with me, the problem is as I see it we have four teams with writers:

Remi: Stroph
Nikolai: Me
Lazzlo: Bebo
Kincaid (I think he is team leader not just part of Nikolai's): Fusag,

So if Remi is doing a battle one place, then Nikolai cannot be sure to be around as they are spread out.

However if you notice, nobody responded to Stroph, and then the light horse descended on the plain, so we had to sort of move on the battle was never finished, so you could have Landen finish it, both stroph and I left it hanging (actually the arrow hanging) in the air

Let's for this one then assume that The three teams are: kincaid's, Nikolai's Lazzlo's and that Remi is around and keep the battle more interactive

OK lets do basics then

Ancona is harbour town in Italy that the Free Company has as base for recruiting and shipping out.

The light Cavarly is some 600 men under Chen (a chinese ) that joined us in the last Campaign.

In Ancona the Light Horse have drilled differnt tactics, mostly hit and run and skirmish, fightin from horse with bows and light weapons.

You'll most likely be part of the group under O'Floinn (phalanx) as he has the most recruits.

After leaving Ancona we moved to Ragusa (Other side of Adriatic) and then marched north and east towards Belgrade. The light cavalry provided screening on the flanks.

Now we are on the road between Nissa and Belgrade, the Light cavalry in front of the main army alongside the rangers (scouts) skirmishing with a 2000 strong Turkish cavalry, split into smaller raiding parties.

We have ambushed the Turk and fought several small scale fights, but it seems the Turk just got wise, and they probably still outnumber us two to one.
