Outside the mountainous region of Eutopia City lies the Four Leaf Clover Gambling Complex. The flagship establishment of the O'Floinn gambling empire, it is truly a spectacular sight to behold. The front entrance is a massive gateway, shaped in the form of a clover. Immediately inside lies a broad entryway, with passages branching off to the various lounges and bars which make up the ground floor of the complex. At the center of the great establishment lies the racetrack, the origin of O'Floinn's Eutopian business empire.
Maintenance workers patrol the grounds, keeping things extraordinarily clean. Security is tight around the perimeter, and even in the interior, guards can be frequently seen patrolling the facility. Cameras silently record the masses of people that visit the complex every day.
On the second level, accessible by several stairways, lie most of the seats for watching the races. By popular demand, the seats are supported by numerous concessions stands.
Few stairways lead to the third level, which holds the luxury seats and boxes, in addition to a private lounge for the wealthiest patrons. A small convention hall is up for rent by businessmen wishing to have a pleasant afternoon while meeting with associates. The third floor also holds the financial operations of the track. These rooms are easy to pick out due to their intense security.
And, behind a secretary's desk and a large oak door, lies O'Floinn's office. The office boats a spectacular view of the track, a pair of exceedingly comfortable leather couches, and an extensive mini-bar. Behind his desk sits a portrait of O'Floinn, flanked on one side by an Irish flag and on the other by an Eutopian flag.
In a silver frame on an adjacent wall lie two newspaper articles. The first details the attempted assassination of O'Floinn at the track several years ago. The other describes the disovery of the assassin's corpse nearby. Underneath, a plaque reads: 'My Enemies: Ye Be Warned'
(OOC: For casual hanging out, or business with O'Floinn.)
