When the russians declared war on finland 1939 Finland expected 100% support from the Swedes. Sweden said no becuase soviet was too strong. In HoI 1 you can choose to support the finnish but you only get military acces and be at war whit the soviet. I cant sen expiditonary forces to finland I can put troops in finland but we cannot charge at territory together if I charge Leningrad for exampel It becomes swedish not finnish.... I want be able too choose a 100%alliance whith finland. I want to help my neighbour in the north east. Britain and France wanted to support finland inte the war they offerd to send 15.000french troops and 25.000 british troops. Finland made peace with the russian a week after the offer so it was never "accepted" but this should be an event.
