This is a very small issue, relatively-speaking, but it is something that should be fixed and is at the same time very easy to fix.
This 176 km2 chunk of Finland, ceded ("sold") to the USSR in 1947, called the Jäniskoski-Niskakoski territory, is still missing from the Grand Duchy of Finland in the game. I pointed this out back in May 2021, and on several occasions since in various threads and on the Victoria 3 Discord server, but it seems to have been overlooked and didn't make it to the border corrections made to Finland in the game a few months ago.
Just to clarify to avoid confusion among those not familiar with this topic: the territory was never a part of Petsamo, but rather a part of Kemi Lapland, which was transferred from the Kingdom of Sweden to the Russian Empire in 1809, who the same year then transferred it to the Grand Duchy of Finland, which the Russian Emperor had elevated to statehood and granted autonomy to in March 1809, when he summoned and met with the Finnish Diet in Borgå (Porvoo).

Here's also a collection of historical maps:
1793 map of the Kingdom of Sweden:
Early 1800s map of Kemi Lapland:
1825 map of the Grand Duchy of Finland:
In 1833 the borders were moved slightly east in some areas on the eastern frontier, mainly around Salla-Kuusamo, but not by a lot. The expansion was far smaller than what one can find depicted on some maps online and in literature, including in some educational material! You can see the difference if you compare the above 1825 map with the 1863, 1881 and 1900 maps below.
In 1842 a district of Siestarjoki was ceded to Russia and in 1864 half of the southern tip of the Finnish side of the Karelian Isthmus was ceded, moving the border north by some kilometres. The 1842 border change is not visible on these maps. The 1864 border change can be seen by comparing the 1825 and 1863 maps to the 1881 and 1900 maps.
However the 1833, 1842 and 1863 border changes are all unrelated to the point of the thread. The point of the thread is to illustrate that the Jäniskoski-Niskakoski territory was a part of the Grand Duchy of Finland, and so should be in-game.

1881 map of the Grand Duchy of Finland:
1900 map of the Grand Duchy of Finland:
I hope this is sufficient evidence to make the correction.
