When playing as the Raj, does the game display this 300 day countdown?

"Pssst! Raj player. You will be hit with The Bengal Famine in 300 days...

Or, is it hidden (as suggested by the letters H-I-D-D-E-N) in the more detailed description of the Famine trigger found on the HoI4 Wiki:

The only countdown I can think of:

The Bengal Famine

Well, there is a warning in the sense that the risk of famine national spirit, sitting there, watching you, Menacingly, but there wasn't any sort of countdown. You can basically expect that if you don't get the national spirit removed within a few months of starting a war that there will be a famine. The game doesn't tell you that war will be the trigger, but it's not hard to guess. This could have changed (last I played raj was in man the guns) but I doubt it.
