So I am playing as Italy, and managed to successfully capitulate France. Metropolitan France collapses, and free french spawn.
That take control off Africa + colonies (this is what happen, MORE or less), but also Corsica... Historically Corsica was in the hands of Vichy France, so I think it should be part of my spoils as well.
What should I change to achieve that? Do you guys think it is in French events?
