The Emperor Strikes Back...Soon.
Le Loi had fled to Champa when he was banished in 1433. To his own surprise he had been welcomed by his former enemy Jaya Sinhavaraman V. After all, it was he, Le Loi who had crushed Jaya´s kingdom, and humiliated him in front of everyone in Saigon. Jaya wasn´t the one who hated people, he had forgiven Le Loi a long time ago. There were however powerful nobles in Champa who still remebered the day when Le Loi had ended 6500 lives, almost every grown up man in Champa.
Le Loi and Jaya, friends forever!
But Jaya was a peaceful man, he understood Le Loi´s problems and wanted to help him. He made up a deal with Le Loi.
"My dear Le Loi, if I am going to help you, you must promise not to attack my kingdom ever again.
"Yes, Jaya I promise that I will never attack my kingdom again.
"Good. Now on to the funny stuff, planning a strategy, hehehe!
"Yes, how will we beat a nation that is five times our size?
"We will use...Siege Towers!
"That´s cool! What´s a Siege Tower?
"A giant tower, which you roll up to a wall and unleash hundreds of infantry that pours over the wall and into the city!
"But Jaya, we don´t have any infantry.
"Oh, right but let´s use...wild monkeys instead then!
"Can we afford it?
"Ouch...It seems that everything is against us...
"Yeah...

He focused all his power by improving relations with foreign nations (except Ayutthaya, they scare him to) and building a strong navy. He were planning an invasion of Japan, so a navy was needed. A big navy. But first he needed Taiwan. Taiwan was a rich island on the coast of China, not far from Japan. A great number of soldiers could be stationed there and then be transported to Japan. But Why Japan? It´s as simple as it sounds, and Le Thai had figured it out.
It had taken Le Thai years of investigations and planning to realize this. The result? Well the plan was so good that he couldn´t belive it himself. If Dai Viet conquered Japan then it would be like this instead!
Le Thai smiled.
"Soon the great age of Dai Viet shall begin, if only I had some colonists."
But there were some who had another future on their minds, some who realized that it wasn´t possible for Dai Viet to conquer Japan...Yet...
