Game: Saturday Long Term Game 2. Two weeks ago.
Period: Early 18th century.
Final Peace: White Peace.

Why would you think it's a bug or that it's related to AGCEEP?crash63 said:
Japan has a scripted event which can turn it to Catholic. If it does, it's perfectly eligible for being elected HRE, and if Austria has bad relations with electors there's no reason why it should be chosen. Stranger emperors than Nippon have been seen by players.

I just finished exploring every piece of the ocean in the entire world as Spain by 1614. I noticed this when I got my explorer, looked around, and realized that all he could do was scour coastlines
