Just kidding (your format makes me happy its so easy to understand) I would've voted for yours but ya know conquest with Eskimoes before a century and a half is up is just too appealing
 
I've always understood that the OscAARs were for whichever AAR was the best. If that means that it had the best story, so be it, but it's not just about the story.
 
Best AAR is best AAR, its the broadest and most subjective of all categories, sort of like best film,

does that mean that a thriller cannot go up against a comedy? No, its simply best film, and as all OsAARs here and in real life its the man behind the scenes (me :D) that can manipulate anybody to win if he so cooses :D
