Thats true...however I think theres just not enough colonists to do the job in the first place, though I must admit I havent actually counted the provinces that need colonizing.

Yeah, its been very tedious, I wont be trying one of these for a loooooonnnngg time, if ever again. Though I must admit I am still curious as to the highest monthly income, that England could acheive.
