The weird totals are because the Vicky ledger can't deal with the new ship types that were added in Revolutions. Which indicates that Indonesia has 400 modern ships, probably mainly carriers and cruisers. You can see why we went for the pre-emptive strike.
I had 100 ships in Que before you attacked, we both sunk about that many of each others, fearing a prolonged war lasting till conversion, Indonesia underwent the largest naval build up ever seen. The Vast majority is cruisers, then maybe 1/6 as many carriers, battleships, and battle cruisers.
Seeing as I hadn't built this many prior you can easily see I wasn't trying to build a giant death navy until forced to do so.
Actually the war in Finland went rather well for myself and France, at least from my perspective. He may feel differently, but we eliminated about 60 to 100 divisions there. Also, when the WP was agreed we had begun to put pressure on a gap in the line and may have achieved breakthrough. Of course, Finnish casualties were entirely accidental, it was PEC troops we were after.
I good number of those losses would be mine, underpowered compared to European divisions, but that is not the reason for there defeat. Prussia gave military access to Indonesia to march them one way, but then refused to allow them to march back (aka got stuck in a pocket near France)
Indonesia will be sure to remember this in the future.
