This happened to a Skaal chief in one of my games; he was a lunatic so I just assumed it was some of Sheogorath's shenanigans, but I just looked it up in the events folder and it has something to do with your lord spiritual making an alchemy mistake

So, this was my first run back when the mod had just come out, and with early builds bugs are to be naturally expected.

But, well I was certainly not expecting this one at all:

I have never in my time seen a Bug like this and have yet to see it again. I suspect it was deliberate Daedric influence.

Yeah i changed the end of the title's name hence Atmorysmir. Got a loan from one of the daedric princes, i forget who, for 3000 in exchange for one of my daughters and bought enough mercs to overrun the frozen horde and then just kept truce breaking til they were gone
