So the Doctor remains missing in action. Hopefully his latest regeneration in the zero room will allow him to return to lead the UK to utter defeat. There were a total of 5 players this week, with Italy continuing to be played by the Artificial Idiot.
Upon inspection by the incoming cabinet, there were revelations that the majority of the RN has recently been scrapped. How will the balance of power in the pacific (and the med and the atlantic) be affected? Is there to be a rapid buildup of new ships? Or will a small but modern approach be taken to rule the seas?

After reaching deals with the world's major powers, the commies advanced into Romania. Then the world plunged into global war. Poland, Italy, Turkey, and the mighty Mengchukuo (not Manchukuo, I'm talking INNER Mongolia) all declared war upon the belligerent Bolsheviks.
As the dust settled, the Axis' attention turned to east asia, where a cold war turned hot in the proxy battles between recalcitrant puppets.
