The loss is modified ICs because they are off-map ICs being added/removed. Can you load your game as USA and check if those 150 ICs are being removed or not?
Sorry, I cannot, but I am not too sure anymore, at least I definitely noticed the aid for China-Nanjing is working, it got added to china najing and removed from japan, and later on given back, and it seemed to have been base ic, I noticed an increase of japanese ic by at least 70 (full central planning, tech etc, + dificulty settings).

Another, very small oversight I noticed is during the events for germany which makes soviet territory owned by germany (those occupation ones), one province didn't get added in the middle of all surrounding ones beeing added, it is the province Polotsk (id 1874) near the baltic states.
Another thing I noticed, which was due to a great ahistorical event was that russia ended up in the situation where normally germany is, and got dowed by the allies.
The americans had no problem overwhelming the soviet army, as it was even weaker than mine.
No patriotic war events in this case, no 400 infantry divisions (which the us for example had, I am not sure if they should have unlimited manpower due to all their events giving them that), the soviet union was easily beeing pushed over, and when I as germany attacked, it was more like the mopping up done with japan in 1945 by the soviets, I conquered the western part of the SU (about 2/3 of the territory) in 6 months, there was no resitance, althought the americans had done much progress in the time before my attack (not even all pacific coastal territories).
It was almost pitiful, but I think the SU should have had 100s of infantry divisions, and unlimited manpower, but not the us, roles were almost reversed as in the rl events.

Only a corrupted installation can explain it. Try to have a clean ARM 1.1 installation. Run the game to check it. Then apply the mod and run the .bat file you find in it. Other than that I have no clue.
Thank you. I took your advice, and neither the original nor the reinstall worked even without the mod (now that I went back and used repair to reset them). I tried yet another reinstall and now it worked. Thank you for your help.

Just a quick question. If you increase the ranges for the Naval divisions, do you have to start all over to make the changes work? :S

Now that I've gotten it to work, is there a way to make this mod work with the New Nations Mod? I haven't tried yet for fear that it may mess up the game.
You'd need heavy modding work.

It's mid-1941 and I'm playing as the USA, but I still can't research armored divisions. How do I enable them to be researched? Do I need to abandon a certain doctrine or something?

You must be at war, playing the USA.

I have noticed that my generals' experience increases incredibly slowly. In three years of combat as the US I have had a total of 3 skill point increases despite almost constant warfare. I use Patton and MacArthur for all my combats and have had Patton go from 5 to 7 as a major general and Macarthur get to 5 as a Lt General. The speed is also decreasing. I can't see any way in which generals can get anywhere near their maximum levels no matter how long the war lasts. Was this overdone a little bit?

Are you suggesting that most nations will fight constantly for 27 years at which point Generals will start to hit max? It is my experience that the actual wars last about three years with each major bloc. If a major war results in no more than 1 or two level rises in the two most used generals than it is WAD to not even bother with experience. It becomes another feature not worth bothering with.

I upped the land experience from .2 to .4 and it is much more satisfactory to me. Anyone else playing the compendium have any other ideas to add to the subject?

I'm saying that you could be fighting different wars in the whole timeline. I don't want generals at level 10 in 1945. Feel free to change this as you like ;)

Sorry if this has been asked before but i dint had time to look through all of the pages.
1.Does this mod incorporate the TRP AI meaning Operation Husky and D-Day.
2.Do hills exist or they are, same desert mountains?
3.The IC situation is in start the same as TRP?
4.Does it support sprites(if yes are they vanillas or changed, added the new versions that go around the forum for motorized, cavalry etc.)?
5.Is the game speed closer to TRP,vanilla,MOD 34?
I asked this question because the file is quind of large and i would like to know how much of this things are in or not.Thank you!
