There have been countless threads about Pagan DLC, Theocracy DLC, HRE DLC and many others but I have not seen any thread suggesting the DLC we really need. What DLC is that?, you ask. Well, says me, what we really need is not another "strategy" DLC but rather an, brace yoursalves, RPG DLC with expanded RPG elements.
Edit: Wow, people, you really have no imagination at all. Having that in mind now, let me spell it for you: RPG does not equal events and decisions. Take a look at the game for a momoent: see the plots?, see the ambitions?, see the diplomatic options beside declare war/sue for peace? that's RPG elements and yet, what a shock, it's not events and decisions. And even when it is events and decisions it can be more than simple mods can do, e.g. the hajj decision required an addition of a completely new game mechanics "pilgrimage", that mods could not add.
