The real problem is that your divisions are green as frick. Why the hell u dont train them? Every rank gave 25% better stats. U waste sooo much effectivnes sending green guys to their death. Train your troops first then beging with techs.

Yeah it is something i just realised and regretted during my invasion of Canada. And green guys dont just die--they just suffer 25% penalty from inexperience.

Edit: Okay, I realised it was a careless oversight. Should have easily trained my troops and get a free upgrade, instead of wasting time on techs. But I guess the stress of wanting to finish the campaign as fast as possible gives me a tunnel vision.

I am probably not a hardcore consumer, so I don't spend money for every new feature (just because I like a game). I just played a lot (at least 1000) on the vanilla to kill my boredom. Probably will get some good DLCs like Waking the Tiger, but need to have the money first. :p

Right now 4 DLCs (all execpt the latest La Resistance) are -50% off until the 6th of June.

I disagree completely. Now this works in some situations, but if you're playing the more technologically advanced nation, you do need those ports and that infra a lot more than your enemies need.
It comes down to what you're doing next (conservation of force) and who's occupying the territory.
As a Major and if you're the one that's getting the territory it's a small thing to have some CIC repairing what you need to operate in the are. You get a completely different outcome if you're the US or UK and bomb occupied France for an invasion since the Free French won't repair the ports and INFRA you need in any hurry.

In fact in some late game, i have a shit tonnes of civilian factories sitting around waiting for construction order, which i have none other due to maxed out building slots or just pure laziness to find useful things to construct.

Blitzkrieg in motion! Guys, if you want to have such awesome breakthrough in late game, go get this buildup. The SPAA, in particular, completely remove air penalty from enemy air superiority.

40width modern Tanks with 77 Armor and 90% hardness ...

That's not counterable for the AI.

You can choose a different support company, you don't need anti-tank, because you have 101 Piercing. That's enough. I'd use support Arty to get more Soft Attack...

Last picture with the 3 red attack-arrows:

Your attack goes into one enemy province and then your tank divisions will stop. Why ?
Go on into the next 3 or 4 provinces ( minimum ) ; your tanks are faster than the enemy infantry; overrun them!
Tank warfare is "speed-warfare"; always keep them going...

I am no Patton. :p The last time I did, I almost got cut off due to low supply and fierce counterattacks on the flanks. But I did get a hand of it now, with my mechanised infantry following the tanks and protecting their flanks.

Last remark: Take Buffalo; force the enemy to constantly redeploy his divisions. When you move, the enemy will move to ( as a reaction ); this is your chance to crush him.

@SophieX

Okay I sorta get what you mean. Keep pushing your divisions forward, and force the enemy to redeploy them constantly. I will see if I can reach Washington in this case, if possible.

Edit: Like the vanguard at Newark should continue to push onto the airfield in front. Of course, provided that there are not too many enemies on the flanks.
