I presume that imse's is the worst with something around 40, a little less than TrinTragula, while Meneth, Servancour and DDRJake probably have the highest, possibly also Katz.
grekulf and r_lazer could basically throw in the towel - fortunate alliances may allow them to beat their immediate neighbours, but behind the neighbour is an even more powerful one, etc.
Question: are there rules on (not) allying Ming? This could be gamebreaking early on if, e.g. Korea manages to get Ming to help slaughter the Manchu (TheLetterZed would be foolish to help Wiz get Feudalism and surround him)
Anyhow, looking forward to this game and the awesome commentary by Chris and Johan (I picture them as Statler and Waldorf in 20 years time
