I wouldn't be surprised if some players intervened and sided with the Ottos. The war is fresh, people are plotting, Ethiopia and Kilwa are high up in score, and StarNaN wants his land back from Persia.

Yeah, possibly. Though for a different reason. And staying at war that long to make sure you do not fall under a PU can be a problem.
Unless you already have a PU. Then you don't have to worry about being at war.

@DDRJake and @King in which way did you break youtube with the dev MP? You alluded to it in stream as if it was something everybody knew about, but I at least have no idea what happened. Though perhaps I'm just the sole person out of the loop.

You knew you had lost with both Johan andgroogy loverboyhenke barging through your lands, so merely losing two, isolated provinces to Johan would seem pretty optimal. After all chances were pretty nil that you would lose less---and by declining you both lost stab and ran the risk of Johan eventually forcing through a much harsher peace.

I really feel like that early Ottoman peace is a semi-exploit. The AI shouldn't really be willing to peace out for less than 50 or so warscore that early.
