I think he was planning on playing Malacca but wasn't present for the first two rounds.
It's life expectancy is close to 0 by now indeed. I have a feeling Western Africa will be quite crowded now too, but we'll see. A 3rd player might be needed there to balance a player that had a headstart of an entire session.

Grekulf was Oirat, but he could not join last session. Wiz will proceed to eat Oirat now, I assume.
Speaking of rules do you then have any aside from 1) Don't attack absent players the first session they're away and 2) you can only use exploits you found yourself and only in the first session they're unvealed.
Why was Wiz then not allowed to eat the Oirats last session?
I'm aware, but that was Grekulf and now this session Grekulf is being moved despite Oirats being left alone last session. That just seems odd to me. Wiz was barred from attacking, and yet Grekulf moves anyway.
