I am around Phalanx, but unfortunately having a hard time of late staying current with both reading other AARs and working on my own, as well as the gazette. I am afraid I will simply not have the time to contribute to this project. I really should have known better than to try and pick up something else at the moment, even if it was only background characters. I apologize greatly for what I feel might be short notice. However, I am sure you can find someone to work on that material for you. I DO look forward to reading it whenever I get the chance.

Oh no...I'm not abandoning another AAR. I'll write it by my damn self if I have to.
A number of issues have, however, made it very difficult for me to continue. Namely:
Amric's departure,
Coz1's departure,
My being relatively busy with RL lately, and the real whopper,
Stroph1's apparent loss of interest/completely forgetting about this
I don't know if any of you know this, but Stroph was tapped to play a critical role, without which I cannot move the plot forward. Sure, I could keep moving ahead and watch the days speed by, but if I do this too much, then by the time we arrive in the Holy Land, the campaign season will be nearing it's end, thus forcing me to cram the first conflict into a much smaller timeframe. Now, this is a very undesirable situation to be in, but we are in it.
As I said, I'm not abandoning another AAR. It would be saying something about my reliability that I refuse to say.

Glad to hear it's not dead. My character is way to junior to help push things along too much, so I was waiting to see what would happen next.
If you want me to start sailing the boats out of the harbor in an effort to force our catatonic knights to get going, just let me know.

Your character options are pretty open now, although I'd say we could probably use another knight if you're interested in writing one.
If you're up for a real challenge, in addition to a regular character, you could write for a historical figure like King Philip of France, or Saladin.
Speaking of our historical background figures, V, are you writing for Guy or Conrad? I can't remember.
