I've updated the Hungary file post with kunadam's new changes.

About the staff officers, etc. - I'm going to leave them in (except Classen, obviously) but, of course, remove Sea Wolf from them. After all, with a rank of admiral, it's entirely possible they would have been appointed to command fleets had the Kriegsmarine been larger, etc. And other reasons. They've been said before and Umbriel summed it up pretty well.

I'd give feedback, but to be honest I haven't really taken a detailed look at them - I've been waiting for Germany 1.1 in order to implement them, and in order to make that I've been waiting for dec's SW leader pictures.

And buddy, if modders cared about their quality work being recognized, none of the mods for Paradox games would exist. When working on something like this you just have to realize that praise for your work is, and most likely always will be, few and far between. When it comes, though, it's damn worth it.

I've just finished implementing dec's admirals, and should be able to work on the land leaders at some point in the near future, making a Germany 1.1 release imminent. I also caught a somewhat major bug, which was my fault and which appears to be fixed now.

dec, are Schmundt and Wenneker supposed to have any traits? I have Schniewind and von Fischel with ST, and Patzig with none, and I think that's correct. What about the other two?

And von_Ysselstein, for the first release I'm just going to be including the leaders you put in your post previously. Do you know which IDs they are? If you don't that's fine, I'll just go into the file you sent me to find their IDs for the pictures, but if you did happen to know all their IDs (in your file - nobody who's sent me stuff has been using the same ID range I'm using for CLMIP Germany, which is 525500-525999) it would save me a lot of time and probably get the release out faster.

Schmundt and Wenneker are intentionally no trait. If they were given a trait I'd go with ST for both of them.

All right, got it.

By the way, I get to join the 'computer problems club' - the computer I do all my HOI2 work on is down with a busted power supply, making it impossible for any kind of sustained work due to overheating and the computer rebooting itself. So Germany 1.1 will have to wait until I get it fixed - shouldn't be too long, since it's still on warranty if I can find the receipt.

Guys, I'm using your pack - great job. However, are you sure Muñoz Grandes should be skill 8? It must be the best general in-game I know Spaniards from Division Azul fought braverly and were well commanded, but 8...

Then there is a bug. I got him as Germany in 1941 with 8 skill already.

I know. That's the major bug I was talking about a few posts ago. It applies for him and also one other leader, I forget who, who is 6/2 instead of 2/6 (Grandes is 8/3 instead of 3/8). I've got that fixed for the Germany 1.2 file, but since my computer's broken I can't actually get it uploaded.

Believe me, one of my first priorities once I get my computer back is to finish up Germany v1.2 and get it uploaded, and it's made even more important because I screwed up.

from what I understand, I should be getting my new laptop on wednesday or thursday this week, so I'll be back in action relatively soon. to note, I have 17 leaders for germany that I'm not sure exist or not (since I can't check). granted, this list will probably be halved or so once I can check again but that's still a decent handful. plus, I have some 30 or so soviet leaders to investigate. so once I have everything in order and am posting regularly again from my own machine, you'll be able to expect a fairly considerable post from me

Not sure from reading this if you guys are looking for "fixed" B&W pics for German leaders, but check the link in my sig if you are. Many of them are vanilla but redone from the original source material. Took me months to finish and all identities were double-checked for accuracy.

People may have had trouble downloading your leader pack, as I did. RapidShare is giving me that annoying "Maximum Downloads Exceeded" bullsh*t, even though I haven't downloaded anything from that site in a couple of months. Can anyone here host this? I'd like to see it.
