Well for now I've set it up so if the primary tag isn't the right culture they don't generate cores at all. My suggestion is that for the next release we go with that, see how it goes and then revisit the idea of extra tags a little down the road. I mean it'd be a lot of tags.

I'm currently bug-testing everything, I posted the above mostly for feedback purposes! I'll link you the actual tags later on when I know they work.

There is zero information out there on how to mod the converter.

I've wanted to throw my hat into this project for a while, but I just don't have the knowledge or ability to help in any meaningful way.

I think if someone attached to this project created a page(s) on the ck2wiki about how to approach modding the converter the impact would be tremendous, not just for this mod, but for converter modding in general.

Try going into \mod\Converter\common\eu4_converter\copy\history\provinces and deleting "578 - Khyber Remove Rebels.txt". It blanks the history of one of the Indian provinces and could cause problems if it's default India. I highly doubt it's the province converter. That file is very versatile and can have a whole region missing without batting an eyelid.

Hey RageaiR if you're still editing histories can you change NOG primary culture to Bolghar so we can use it as KAZ's back up? Also it doesn't really make sense putting it in my events because it's more of a government change, but me a Cuthululu talked earlier about adding important center of trades to all merchant republic capitals. OK culture split updated and new fancy Core code finished. To fix the problem with the Umbrian culture be unloved I didn't change the Lombard conditions to specific provinces like you suggested RageaiR, instead I made it so that the two tags that generate Umbrian culture URB and PAP change the culture first. Then Lombard and Sicilian happen and then the clause that gives Umbrian the rest of the provinces in the Italian region fires. It should make the culture in the Italian peninsular a little more organic feeling than the way it's been until now. As for the core code, I've done lots, all the stuff discussed above. Hey RageaiR if you're still editing histories can you change NOG primary culture to Bolghar so we can use it as KAZ's back up? Also it doesn't really make sense putting it in my events because it's more of a government change, but me a Cuthululu talked earlier about adding important center of trades to all merchant republic capitals. If you could maybe sneak some like this into your government fixes;

To fix the problem with the Umbrian culture be unloved I didn't change the Lombard conditions to specific provinces like you suggested RageaiR, instead I made it so that the two tags that generate Umbrian culture URB and PAP change the culture first. Then Lombard and Sicilian happen and then the clause that gives Umbrian the rest of the provinces in the Italian region fires. It should make the culture in the Italian peninsular a little more organic feeling than the way it's been until now.
Nice work! The second spoiler has messed up formatting, so it was hard to read, but it still looks good!
One question though, the culture event always happens before the core events, right? Seeing as there's a check for PAP and URB cores in the culture event, isn't it so that they cannot have been placed yet?

I see now, thanks. It's just a suggestion but this looks so much cooler and is probably more accurate but it's only a cosmetic detail.
