The Chrysanthemum Throne achievement question; did I just mess it up?

One of my many attempts at playing Ironman with as Daimyo in my quest to acquire the The Chrysanthemum Throne achievement. Long story short; start off as Takeda and get stupidly lucky off the bat and eat up northern Japan within forty years, feeling confident and impatient as the Shogunate is looking kind of pitiful, I decided use my CB "War for the Emperor", I win the war and now I'm Shogun and I am now Japan. Only Yamana and Shimazu are the last two vassals, so not quite there yet for unifying Japan, however, because I have used my CB for the Shogunate, have I messed up my path towards the Chrysanthemum achievement?

no just annex the last two

the only requirements for this achieve are:
-you start in ironman 1444 with the Daimyo government

-your tag is JAP and you own the Japanese region

I don't think so. Just finish them off and annex Ainu (the whole Japanese region must be either empty or owned by JAP, and since none of it is empty now, you need to annex Ainu, and maybe Ryukyu).

Got it yesterday from a Hosokawa start your going to need Hokaido, if you need Sakhalin, thats not to hard either.
