I know you're able to play as the celts. But what kind of Celts? the Irish, the French or the Celts in the scottish highlands? Hopefully it's the Irish cause then I'll buy the game

There will be an expansion: EU Rome: Agricola's Ambition which solely focus on campaigning in ireland with one legion.lwarmonger said:Yeah, Ireland strikes me as pretty irellevent in a game of Rome. Unless one wishes to attempt Agricola's ambition of conquering the island with one legion.

No, for an Italian, the Irish forumites are gonna hate it!lwarmonger said:Perhaps this is a good mod idea for an Irishman?
Snall said:there for perhaps the Irish will go to conquer England, take their manpower and take to the mainalnd? Who knows...*shrug*
But can the barbarian hordes build fleets??Will Lucky said:Ireland will be on the map as for there being a starting country I doubt it, if a barabarian horde gets over there then perhaps there is a chance that one of them will settle down.
they would need a lot of boats and wood. So I don't think so.yourworstnightm said:But can the barbarian hordes build fleets??
STGeorge said:They do say a Welshman is an Irishman who can swim.... I mean jesus, the weather in Ireland is worse than here in England, and thats saying something!
lwarmonger said:Well then the Irish would all drowned on the way across. Problem solved for the Romans! With Ireland emptied perhaps they could conquer it with a single legion.
So, by your "logic", the Irish minors in EU3 should have been omitted, since they were steamrolled by the English. Or how about the Gallic minors? Could've cut those guys out too. Carthage definetly needs to go, Rome burned their city down after all!yourworstnightm said:Gallic tribes are plyable from the beginning, I assume there will be playable brittanic and iberian celts at later start dates.
