I'd always wanted something like this, but i just don't have the modding savvy. I know some of the basics, but my events often have problems. nontheless I would like to help in any way I can.

I reckon having the UK get gradually involved , sending more and more troops in via Halifax might be an idea? then, the US has to attack quickly to offset reiforcements (which would take time to arrive) whilst the Canadians must hold out against overwhelming odds before counterattacking.
To be honest, I think a good timeline would be for a general dissillusionment with democracy in 1929/1930 leading to a military junta or fascism in the US? I can't think of any other reason for them to go to war in this period. This could also lead to some ideaoligically unsound US divisions being poorly motivated conscripts= less of a walkover for them early on.
One event I would like to see is for a Canada, when going down the tube, to turn to a fanatical, radicalized government, ie go Nazi or similar. Something similar happened in Hungary with the Arrowcross party. A sort of 'no surrender?'
