There is two 'every_charater_struggle' event on 'on_set_relation_nemesis' and no struggle event on ‘on_set_relation_rival’.
I suggest move one event from ‘on_set_relation_nemesis’ to ’on_set_relation_nemesis‘.
Finally restart game,it's fixed.
