Maybe Kaiwen should change the Chinese shipname into English, like "KMS Bismarck" or "KMS Deutschland" etc. for there's no many ones know Chinese here.

It is illegal to display a swastika in some European countries, including Germany and Sweden.
You won't get banned for it unless you do it repeatedly or bitch about it (note to newbies: ALWAYS bitch about the rules in a PM to a Mod, NEVER bitch on the forum), but you will get your image deleted unless you edit out teh evol swastikaz.

the colors change must be outside the game , we just can write it in the txt at scenario. and play the game, the colors change~
Of course we must use the new version of exe, the double byte version. the new map is use the other crack version, and it's support the double byte version too.
well, I think he just want to show the colors. You know it should be someting like KMS Bismarck though you may not be able to read Chinese, don't you?
Things are like this. A cracked exe file is needed for the game to display asian characters. And for adoping the new map, the exe file needs another small crack. I am sure I can do the same small crack for the original exe file. (the one that is not cracked for asian characters)
So yes, who ever like the new map will need a cracked version of Hoi2.exe, but it doesn't mean every one will need the one that is cracked both for the new map and the asian characters.
The colorful texts are not tested in english version yet. But surely I will be suprised if this is only the nice side effect of cracking for asian characters. :rofl:
The new map adds 18 new provinces in Europe and another 18 in China. And some provinces are reorgnized to show the effect of the railways.
With the new infrasturcture setting that gives the provinces with rails a bonus and even more bonus for junctions, the new map will surely result in new tactics.
In China: 9 added for north of Yellow river, 9 added for south of Yellow river.
In Europe: 9 added for Germany, and the other 9 added for other countrys of Europe.

It's not illegal in Sweden (or I would have noticed it by now), but it is in Austria, Germany and possibly some other countries.

This is an excellent find - A better way to keep track of the information that the game is throwing at you, so you're not always hitting the pause button to catch up on things - I am having a bit of trouble understanding kaiwen though (his English is fine, it's the technical jargon!:rofl

I agree that map in china should be more detailed.
Japan Army always concentrate their limited land force and attck a single point on CHI defence line, once pierced through, the whole defence line crashed. i.e 10 JAP divisions trying to attack a defence line defended by 100 CHI divisions. what will happen if the line is made up of 4 provinces (I mean "regions")? 25 division per region. hard for 10 JAP divisions to break through. However, what will happen if the line is made up of 20 provinces? (Due to CHI officers training for only "WWI single line" defence tactic, and
CHI army's low morale, one point is pierced through, the whole line is collapsed).
A defence line made up of 3-4 regions(provinces) and of 15-20 regions with the ssame land force (i.e. 100 divisions), which one is more easier to be broken through?
That is why Japan "travelled" deep into inner China in 1937-1938 in HISTORY but receive a failure in 1937-1938 in HOI2DA1.2.
