The line of control between Moldavia and the Ottoman empire was the Danube river (for 64 years) from 1420 till 1484 i think the border of Silistra should be the Danube river delta or A new province of Dobruja could be made. This is the information I have backing the claim I have fabricated! :

Tulcea "A settlement, larger than the one in the 11th century, is archaeologically attested beginning with the 14th century. The Ottoman rule was imposed around 1420, and would last for the following four centuries . - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tulcea "
Location of Tulcea

"From the end of the 14th century, Izmail was under the rule of Moldavia. In 1484, the Ottoman state conquered the territory." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Izmail

Izmail

This is what I would like; but just move Silistra's border to the Danube at least.
