Yes, I have researched nuclear waste bombs, which is why I'm puzzled. I've actually researched all the nuclear weapons.
Have you attached the nuke to the air division? If not you can’t nuke. can you send me what the statistics section of the tech tree looks like so I can confirm that you should be able to nuke.

Tried to send these in a conversation but the forum software apparently didn't like the Google Photos link.

Air doctrines

And yes, I modded my tech teams
That is probably why it isn’t showing up as you modded the mod in a way that really can’t be replicated. As soon as you get nuclear waste bombs you should be able to nuke. That is how nuclear weapons work in hoi2.

This is my favorite mod by far, but I am having an issue in my current (single player) game (playing as CSA).

But I can't nuke anybody.

I have researched all nuke techs and every air doctrine down to the Cold War ones. I have missiles and strategic bombers 1949.

What tech have I missed?
Using of nukes in vanilla DH had specific mechanics to be triggered, since we (dev.team) still didn't work on nukes gameplay it probably remained the same and had to be reworked.
And then weirdness.

Joining the Allies as CSA, first I beat national socialist France and liberate it as Bourbon France (reactionary). So they're my puppet.

I declare war on the USSR (COMINTERN leader, no other members since the USSR annexed it's ally Finland). All good. I liberate the Baltic states and then we're campaigning towards Moscow when - wham! The USSR dismembers and we get the Grand Duchy of Moscovy, the Don-Kuban Union, Kingdom of Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and a suddenly national socialist Hungary as members of the Allies.

Now in the invasion of the USSR I had no French troops (France had only produced a few divisions) but Germany kept the bulk of it's forces on the Franco-German border because I guess that's what Germany does and it the only other major Allied troops in the USSR were British & Commonwealth.

The Grand Duchy and the Don-Kuban Union are puppets of France. Which means they are puppets of my puppet. Huh? And they have my tech levels.
Currently there are only conditions for victory of France (fascist kingdom, nazi state, republic, empire or junta) over the USSR, now I am working on the events for Allied-Soviet war that will include that victory conditions you need. That problems you reported is probably caused because you created puppet France which then was at war with USSR. Anyway all that will be solved in next patch.
One thing I noticed is that the Don-Kuban Union units have Spanish corps designations (Corpo de Ejercito).

And the Pacific States of America never seem to produce any military units (freakin' Left Coast tree-huggers!).

Not complaining, just pointing it out.
Thanks for info, we will see to fix it.

sorry forgot to put the ability to nuke in the mod I put it back in and it should work. (you should probably create a new savegame)

Information time!

Here it is another dev.diary for upcoming version of TBL mod.

Dev.Diary 15

Today we go to the Far East theater. There is completely new event-chain about Sino-Japanese war in 1937. over the influence in Korea.
In early 1937. Republic of China gets option to support the Korean nationalists:
1.png

Few months later this results in coup attempt in Seoul:
2.png

If the coup fails, few month later rising tensions between China and Korea escalate into border skirmish which could led to war:
3.png

If the coup is partial success Republic of Korea is proclaimed in the north of the country with Chinese support and Korean Civil War starts where China and Japan directly intervene,
If you ask why Imperial forces still controls the Chinese border, it is because they have forces stationed there. They immediately get into combat with rebels and Chinese (this gives interesting tactical gameplay options for both sides):
4.png

Republic of Korea government:
5.png

If the coup is complete success Korean Empire falls and Republic is proclaimed, Imperial government go to exile in Japan and call them to intervene:
6.png

If the Chinese defeat the Japanese and push them out of Korea then Japanese surrender to China:
7.png

Chinese get Port Arthur and Haikou (Taiwan stay out of Chinese reach similarly to OTL). Republic of Korea is secured:
8.png

If Japan sieze the Manchuria from the Chinese, then China surrenders to Japan:
9.png

In Manchuria, Japan supports the proclamation of Democratic Republic of China which pretends on taking control over the whole of China (which could happen later in WW2):

DR China government:

Note: Like in previous dev.diaries this is WiP, could be further improved before release.

Wow! Amazing work!

Firstly: I like that idea of Japanese-Chinese war.
Secondly: the outcome of the urprising should not be dicided by player, neither if he/she plays as China nor if he/she leads Japan. That's because the most favourable outcome would always be chosen by them. Instead, the AI (partisans) should randomly decide the outcome, just as it does in some events in PVW mod (like the treaty of Versailes event for example).

First, thanks, there will be also the Battlescenario added.
Second, Korea [AI or player controled] will decide the outcome of uprising.

Looks great, but I have a small note on this. If I recall the TBL lore correctly, Korea was a Russian protectorate following the Russian victory in the Russo-Japanese War, and gained independence with Japanese backing during the Russian Civil War, the same time when the central government in Bejing was able to reassert authority over Russian Mongolia and Manchuria

Yeah, that is true. In the 1923. Japan and Korea signed an alliance and since then they cooperate against the influence of USSR or Nat.China. Korean nationalist revolutionaries want to break this alliance and ally with Nat.China.

Dev.Diary 16

This Dev.Diary will cover new event-chains for French surrender to the Allies (Great Britain and German Empire) in early phase of the war, before the fall of Germany in 1940.
When the Allied troops occupy the all major cities of French surrender event-chain starts:

1.png

G.Britain will have event to define it's goals - Maximal demands mean that Bretagne and Aquitaine will be annexed.
2.png

Germany annex the France and have different options (in all three options British will annex Bretagne and Aquitaine if the choose Maximalist policy) for it's occupation:

Option 2:

Option 3:

Cabinets:

If France surrenders before Italy, government in Italy falls and new government sign the peace with Allies. All Italian colonies come under British control.
9.png

If France surrenders before Poland, they surrender to the Allies and Germany can decide what peace with Poland will be signed:

French colonies in Africa are partitioned by the German Empire and the Great Britain:

Does the early German victory mean the Soviets will invade, Red alert style?
Excellent question. I am already work on that and I will post it in next dev.diary.

now I will have a reason to play with Germany and Japan. I wonder if the soviet union will seize and occupy part of poland?. Could Germany become a military dictatorship because of the war, as in OTL? It would be great if the war dragged on, the Kaiser appointed a general chancellor or something like that, to lead the war more "efficiently"

USSR gets parts of Poland after an agreement with France following the French victory over Germany (Molotov-Beranos pact), but, only if USSR has the "Fourth Way" (stalinist) leadership. So, two conditions are needed Fall of Germany and "Fourth way" leadership in USSR.
In this case Germany defeat France and so the Poland, in such case Germans logically does not want to share control over the Polish land with USSR, which after defeat of France becomes the main rival.
About dictatorship in Germany, well after fall of Germany, Rommel forms the Free Germany movement and has the full control over politics (like De Gaulle and Free France in OTL). In this case, if the war goes well for Germany they does not need extreme measures and military controlled government.

Please can you add more resources to countries like soviets because they were rich in resources but in this mod their IC is dying because of very small amount of resources.Thank you.
