Here it is another dev.diary for upcoming version of TBL mod.
After a recent pandemic outbreak, work on new stuff for mod is little slowed, but, it keep going.
Dev Diary 9
Today dev.diary is about new event chain for Civil War in Ottoman Empire between pan-turanists (led by Ismail Enver-pasha) and republicans (led by Mustafa Kemal).
Couple of days after secularisation reforms are implemented this event fires, this was done and covered in one of previous dev.diaries. New event-chain is expanded upon in case 3rd outcome is chosen (and conspirators sieze power even without support of padishah):
New padishah assumes the throne, but, reformist government flee to the east of the country and proclaim a republic:
Kurds also take the opportunity and proclaim independence and Iraq see opportunity to annex Sultanate of Levant, Kingdom of Hashemite Arabia is proclaimed:
Turkish National Committee is proclaimed:
Soviets see opportunity to intervene and help the republicans (Option for direct intervention is only possible if Molotov-Beranos non-agression pact is not signed):
If Soviets directly intervene then Ottomans ask to join the Axis which lead to earlier Franco-Soviet War:
If Ottomans joins Axis then Kurds join the Alies:
Republic of Turkey remains the non-communist ally of USSR until the Cold War, when in 1946. Soviets have option to stage a coup to install communist leadership in Ankara:

I have a question, will the Central Europe reunite again? (Something like Austria-Hungary?)
There are plans for Austro-Hungary led by Hitler to be added and there are also plans for their confrontation with French in Axis-Victory-Cold-War.
Will this nation possible to be lead by a conservatism or democracy government?

Since in current situation we plan nazi A-H, then in such state Austrians will dominate over the other nations and so for that additional military leaders you should concentrate on Austrians [around 90%] and other all together [some historical pro-fascist commanders] would have around 10%.
I have a suggestion, since A-H will rule by nazi, how about make this eagle double-headed and put on the A-H flag?

A suggestion, mine might be recalling too much of Byzantium or it might fit the scheme of a centralized Austrian state. How about a white border all along the edges of the flag? It could make it more recognizably Austrian. The solid red and a mere emblem seems to strip away too much, while adding the white bordering gives it the Austrian derivativation that leads to the creation of minor flags purposed by civilian offices and military branches.I have a suggestion, since A-H will rule by nazi, how about make this eagle double-headed and put on the A-H flag?

Oh, but I missed nesic's pic. That's so Habs. Gotta have these culturaly hermetic symbols to unite history. Looks strong but elegant by the color choice. I'm intuiting some Catholic meaning here. "As above, so below?"

This Dev.Diary will cover events for Cold War in Sovietized Middle East when USSR creates Arab Socialist Union (ASU), PR Kurdistan and PR Israel after their liberation from Ottoman rule:
In late 1946. Great Britain decide to give independence to Middle Eastern and North African Arabs, new independent countries are created and puppet states get full independence:
(If Iraq is not part of Arab Socialist Union and get full independence from British control Saudi Arabia see this as opportunity to attack Iraq - that war will be cover in separate dev.diary)
In 1947. Arab Socialist Union can fund revolutions in Oman and Yemen:
Communist governments are formed in Oman and Yemen:
Saudi Arabia (if exists) have option to react and declare war on Oman and Yemen:
USSR and ASU can then chose to defend Oman and Yemen from Saudi attack:
