I have the oddest thing: A TAC Bomber with no home.
I can't deploy it anywhere (playing Japan). The funny thing is it dissappeared when I created Mengkukou, as it was based there for combat, and suddenly appeared in my deployment menu as if I had Strat. Deployed it.
When I try to deploy it, none of the whole world turns green, and if I click on ANY province (even Japan mainland), it acts like I'm trying to deploy it not on Japan.
I'm running Armag. with the 1.3(PHVR) patch.
