Often while fighting on the axis side as a ana lly of germany and not actually germany i managed to get a lot of land and then when the germans signed biiter peace they got it all i think there should be a way that i can get at least some of the land that i rightfully conquered and not the germans.

Perhaps there could be option in diplomatic screen as give territory, under ofcourse some conditions.

yee ... war alliances conditions like the division of a country (similar to Molotov-ribentrop) was already discussed in some other thread. that way in the end ... no matter who conquered what the deal would have to be made and each allied country kept it share

Romania should get back its two ceded provinces and Odessa at a minimum.

It would be nice if you were able to cede provinces to your allies. Along those lines it would be nice to do other things such as offer up something less (in the way of provinces) to the Croats.

I guess I'm saying make it as flexible as EUII in how it treats this subject.

Well first of all i think that when you as romania or italy,turkey or even yugoslavia (country's i played and joined the germans on their assault on the soviet union) should if they conquered the respective regions with their own troops get them and so it would be correct
I mean many times i reached stalingrad on my own took all the ukraine and the caucausus with my own troops no real help from the germans who ussualy don,t reach mosocow before i get to Stalingrad but some help from the 1 or 2 balkan pupets i usualy make .Now it really annoyes me that i lose the teritory i conquered without help from german troops my ic and resources suddenly drop a lot and it's really annoying.
As for what should romania get well historicly they got everithing to the Bug river on the map aproximately bessarabia and the 3 provinces beyond it.
