Scenario changes:
- Different colours for Alash Orda (lightblue) and Bhutan (lightred) for added contrast
- Unified flagpack (HoI-style) by Quanto, with additional designs by Milites
- Rebalancing of South American VPs by Morlak and Fernando 'Duck'

Some answers to your questions:

@ All: thanks for all your support.

@ talt: let me explain why we chose to rename Germany. First of all, the official name of Germany at the time was Deutsches Reich, meaning German Empire. Note that this remained the official name during the Weimar-republic, meaning it has no Imperial attachments.
Secondly, there is a chance for the German government to retreat to the colonies after a lost war, with puppet states being set up in Germany proper. One of these states is the newly added German Union. By renaming Germany to German Empire, the difference between both states is more clear.
Thirdly, doesn't German Emire sound nice and cool .

@ OVG: How are you installing the game? The problem is either with your installation or your system.

@ Tormentor: You can copy the files over your old game without any problems AFAIK.

Just took a quick look at the start-up situation, and I like what I saw. The eastern Mitteleuropa states getting nudges a few degrees more democratic from National Populist makes a lot of sense, the changes to the map make it look better, and the fixed names add flavour even when you need to click to a province to see it. Is the United Baltic Duchy supposed to have cores on all their provinces now? I kind of liked the way they got them a few at a time, finally getting absorbed into Germany with the last ones.

So, I'm back to Hearts of Iron and my exams ritual will be complete . Just a quick question though: are there any working events for Russia about claims on Ukraine, Belarusia and Poland, like in previous versions? Cuz last time I've played, the only way to get the cores was to turn Soviet Union...

And another thing... Megaupload sucks donkey balls, can someone put it on Rapidshare or Torrent? Pretty please?
