The best patch

A weird question for many players: what is the best patch now? It should be 1,07b, but I heard about a few importants flaws (vassalization for example) but good additions too. What is the pros and cons of the patches?

Best current patch will always be the next

More seriously though, since the Swedish version skipped 1.06 & 1.07(a) you only have the choise between 1.05b & 1.07b.
1.07b has a lot of improvemnts over 1.05b, so unless you really can't live with the vassalisation quirks (actually the entire dip system is a mess currently) you really should stick to 1.07b

I really don't think that either of the 1.07 patches can be considered the best. Although they made many improvements, the new problems they introduced are irritating enough to counter that out.

I prefer to go for the latest patch and keep my faith in the Paradox team ;-) *try to earn points*

Regarding vassals.....
Well, I can't see the point to go for that. Have not been much for diplomacy, just kick butts ;-)
Guess that must be the reasons for all my failed dates.......

My choice is 1.07B anyday. When playing with patch 1.05a I got bored, it was way to easy.
Now with 1.07b I get a challange. There is a problem with vassals but that problem don't bother me much but needs to be fixed. The biggest problem is still not fixed. It is the problem that the computer players let their armies die of attrition.
