Yes, but it's beeing prepared for polish GIE during WW2 so I think that London is a good place.

This certainly can help mods recreate the governments in exile...especialy ones like Holland,Poland etc who in 1944 don't exist!! could work.......someone mod this...

How did you manage to make the connection ?

I guess you changed the x/y coordinates in the provinces.csv file. Did you change some parameters in adj-defs.csv file ? Or are they other files involved ?

I've just copied coordinates that are for London.

I've changed parameters in adj-defs.csv.
Here are the few last lines:

1749;1745;Sea;2253;Philippines
1745;1744;Sea;2259;Philippines
2607;17;Canal;19;London

Can somebody confirm that it's works?

I have managed to get it working in an Asian empires scenario I am working on. This works in conjunction with an event to change the country from the 'Siamese Liberation Front' to the 'Royal Siamese Empire'. Enabling a small, secretive group of paramilitary ministers to change into a fully sovereign government.


Will post up some results soon if anyone's interested.

Does this mean you can make a province anywhere? for example, could you create a province like Polish London that uses the eastern half of the Dover province? or would it have to use the whole provinces coordinates? Just asking because I want to add the Isle of Thanet province

Haven't done this before but I assume it would possible. What you'd need to do is rename your offmap province (in 'config\province_names.csv') 'Isle of Thanet', and in the 'db\province.csv' file, give it the same co-ordinates as Dover, a land connection to Dover and sea connections the neighbouring ocean provinces.

That way, you'd have your Island of Thanet province, and for game purposes it would be in the right place and units could move to and from it. You just wouldn't be able to see it on the map.

But is it possible to use only part of the Dover provinces coordinates, because it's a very small area of the province? or would it not matter because it wouldn't be seen? Oh, and can the airbase in dover be moved to the new province without problems (Because Manston RAF base was probably the main Air base and it is located on the IOT)?

I've been talking with one guy from HSR team and he has got some problems with making ghost province coastal. So be carefull with it.

The size of province doesn't matter because it's unseen. The coordinates could only affect travel time.
