Looking back at all the old paradox games hoi2 looks the best aged by a milestone, the UI is also not bad when you think about CK, VIK, and EU2 who all look way worse on the eyes and mind than hoi2. For me it could be near timeless, in 20 years I'll be able to load hoi2 up and not be repelled by the graphics or bad UI.

I've only just noticed, but HoI2 is still on the 'front page' of the forums.
Hearts of Iron 3 is tucked well away on the 'Previous games from PDS' subforum.
Personally, I think it shows that HoI2 is significantly better than HoI3 ever was.

Looks like someone at Paradox realised it didn't look good having a seventeen year old game on the front pages, ahead of Hearts of Iron 3 and we've been relegated to the bottom of the 'Previous games from PDS' subforum now.......
