The Basque name "Blanka"

I know it sounds fairly logical (Spanish: Blanca = Basque: Blanka) but I've never seen it used anywhere outside CK2. The Basque equivalent of Blanche is actually Zuria, and both of the Navarrese queens called Blanche, are called Zuria, not Blanka, in Basque.
