The Basileus Achievement?

Aside from the Themes provinces you also need the provinces with the following IDs:

142-148, 150, 159, 163, 164, 285, 320, 321, 1764, 1773, 1765, 1853

In words:

Corfu, Albania, Epirus (file says Janina), Morea, Athens, Larissa (file says Salonica), Tarnovo (file says Bulgaria), Silistria, Crete, Naxos, Kaffa, Rhodes, Cyprus, Burgas, Sofia (file says Nis), Achaea, Monastir (file says Kozani)

Basically Bulgaria, Albania and all the Greek stuff.

what file are you talking about. is the a file where to see what is needed for the achievements

I imagine it's in the achievements.txt located in \Common (IIRC).

Its basically restore the themes system plus Kaffa, I'm pretty sure Kaffa is what most people miss as there is nothing in the game at all that would suggest you need it, it has no Byzantium core, there are no missions or decisions that require you to take, it is literally something people only realize they have to do after they look up the achievement because they crushed the Ottomans but it wasn't enough

Hello all,
I started the game as Byzantium, I now own all the required provinces but still no achievement.
However, it seems there was a recent update, my achievements.txt file is dated from 21/1/2015, four days ago !
In the file, I can see that to get the Basileus achievement, we now need those provinces :

You shouldn't necro 2 year old threads.

Otherwise, if you look in the history / provinces folder you can find text files for every province which includes the province number.
