The Barking Dog's EU2 New Map Colours - HELP!!!

I downloaded the zip archive. There are two files inside: colorscales.csv and country.csv.

I guess I should replace the Paradox's files.
So, colorscale.csv should go into the \Map folder and replace the Paradox's colorscale.csv, shouldn't it?
But what about country.csv. I found two country.csv files on my HD. One is in the \DB folder and the other one is in the \DB_org folder. Are they identical? Should I replace both of them or only one? If the answer is one, then which one?
