Only One Question:
How is the AI on a Scale from 0 (bad) to 10 (good)
For Reference:

HOI 4 : 1
Civ (V or IV your pick) : 2
That's due to the ridiculous localized prizing policy Paradox use. It's the same for all their games, and it has been that way for years. They tried to improve it a while back, but angry Russians and Brazilians made them change their mind for all countries.Actually it's even worse/better (depending on viewpoint) in the Norwegian Steam shop. Imperator cost 279 NOK, which is 28.84 euro and 25.41 GBP!![]()
So you Norwegians still get it for only 28 € even after it now apparently has been fixed? That's due to the ridiculous localized prizing policy Paradox use. In Poland:
Steam: 142PLN and 199PLN (= 33€ and 46€)
PDX: 39.99€ and 54.99€
I wanted to support PDX preordering directly from their store, but not at that price...
Yes, and I really doubt Paradox will be able to fix it in an afternoon. If they could, they should have done it long ago. It's not the first time it has been pointed out...So you Norwegians still get it for only 28 € even after it now apparently has been fixed?
Fixed how? Price is still the same all places. We have looked into this, it is now fixed! Thanks for your help guys!

That makes me think about the progress made for Victoria 3...Because we have maybe seen something like 20-33% of the Imperator: Rome development time while we have known man the gun pretty much all througth its development.
