somthing ive noticed about funny AARS is that they are always on the nomadic steps (like celederings golden hoarde aar and a very old rusian aar).

That's because the Europeans are too civilized for red dye and rusty, yet pointy spears.
This AAR is certainly as good as the Golden Horde one, and is updated much more often.

Also, I am working on a Teutonic AAR that is quite amusing. I hate to give anything away, but this is one of the better quotes.

One of the men begins to claim that the Grand Master was in fact assassinated! Wow! I just discovered AARs, this was the first one I read! I'm going to start my own, I only hope it can be as exciting as this one! Well, at least as funny. What difficulty setting do you play under, anyway? I have the same strategy. "Kill them!" So I can't play effectively on anything over "Very Easy." But it IS a good strategy. *grin*

yes, i have just that problem. I am at 17something in my AAR, and since i control almost all the known earth, well, what can i do? But the fun is almost always the best. Just choose a style, and go with it. Don't matter how silly it is(for reference check out my Ethiopia AAR, or "Mad Gumbo WAARs" as I lovingly call it)
