Morpheus, thank you for offering to host. I appreciate it. unfortunately, it will not be necessary. My hard disk crashed about a week and a half ago. Once I installed my new drive, I was able to recover a lot of stuff. Unfortunately everything in my "Games" folder was lost, including all my EU stuff, including my mods for Eu2 and everything. I no longer have any notes for my game, or the game itself.
However, I will end the story, premature though it may be. I finished the game 2 days before the crash and can recount the events briefly.
The British got some new leaders, namely Cornwallis and Howe. Their artillery advantage was so large that my armies routed almost as soon as combat commenced. The British came down from the north with almost 100,000 men and about 250 cannons. All my ports were being blockaded, poor John Paul Jones and his fleet of 7 ships was destroyed by the British 12 days after it left port. My pitiful armies maxed out no more than 45,000 at any given time. I did have with 40 guns, purchased with multiple loans, but against 250, 40 is no match. I kept my whole army in one place, Chesapeake, trying to create a bottleneck to kill the smaller British armies as they came past me piecemeal heading south. I managed to keep this up for about 5 months and destroyed 1/4 of the British forces, but when Cornwallis and his stack of 75,000 came down, I fled. We played cat and mouse, but eventually I was cornered in Massachusetts and annihilated. My whole army was gone and the Brits overran me province by province until in 1775, I accepted their peace terms, total annexation.
Sorry that I couldn't finish the way I started, but the whole affair from losing to crashing was downright depressing. I guess this AAr can be chalked up with the other LosAARs.
