The Alien Invasion​

It's almost 1945, and the old German war machine now it's at the mercy of the enemies.The attack on the Ardennes look's like the Reich's last hope of surviving ....​

Preparing the plan of the attack, Hitler is disturbed by a general who is trying to tell him that a strange creature it's out of the building and he wants to help the German People.
To get rid of the general, Hitler goes out to see that 'creature' ...

The whole staff was terrified when he started to present himself, even if his english couldn't be strongly understanded...

"We were watching this Planet for centuries. But not just watching. Egyptians knows it better. We were their Gods. We created their Pyramids. We made them stronger, but we were defeated by the God of the Jews! When the Jews tried to escape from Egypt, Moises unleashed the power of their God, Jahweh. He destroyed Egypt by the 10 plagues ... and defeated us.
From then we kept watching and hoping that in one day we'll get a revenge !
The time has come ! We tried to help you indirectly. From the invasion of Poland to the invasion of France. After that we left, surely that the war it's over and our revenge is complete !!
But we were terrified some days ago when we came again. You are losing and this time we will not let anyone to destroy our plan of revenge !
WE WILL ATTACK THE SOVIET UNION AND HELP THE GERMAN PEOPLE !

IE, that fact that a sandbox World War II game, played as the Germans, has seen an alien invasion and conquest of earth, to a fallout-style reconquest of the planet, complete with mutants, robots, etc., to the formation of a One World Government that has traveled through a transporter in Moscow to the planet Sirius, which is inhabited by alien races from various planets, and which includes various fronts against Mercurians, Martians, etc., as humans take the fight to the alien homeworld.

In summary: a World War II AAR has now spanned hundreds of years, several mods, a couple planets, and a dozen alien species.

Please understand I mean this to be complimentary; if I wasn't enjoying it, I wouldn't be reading it or subbed - and I certainly wouldn't have read the first 46 pages in one sitting.

In other words, this is the most unusual, extended, and epic Hearts of Iron AAR ever!

Fantastic !!! I was not expecting that when I clicked the "Alien Invasion" link. Great AAR and fast paced to keep everybody interested !

Wow! You, sir, have an uncanny talent to keep your AAR fresh and entertaining and thrilling. Just when it seemed that Germany was to be overrun in a rather boring and underwhelming way after a titanic struggle, you switched to the USA and fought an awesome battle with the aliens all over europe. Then, when you started steamrolling them, you pull this off. Wow again. I take my hat off to you and once you finish and AARland Choice AwAARds time comes, you have my vote. Absolutely and definitively. Wow for the third time.

-The one about Earth! You always said you will tell me when I will be ready!
-This is not a story I would tell you when you are about to go to sleep my dear son.

-Oh..

-It's been so long my son. So many years have passed, so many generations since we arrived here. We've lost the count, initially we've lost all hope that one day we will go back to our Mother ... Earth. The books of our elders says that Earth was an incredible place. Billions of people, millions cultures and places to visit ... but they had one thing we don't have. Which is war. Billions of people means different opinions and beliefs, which many of them were ready to die for. When the biggest war our humanity had seen by the time was coming to an end...they came. The people from the sky. The Sirussians.
They came in help for the ones which were losing. The Germans. The ones from the skies brought only death and destruction to Earth...and when the Germans realised it, they went to war against their new ally.
-Aaand? What happend?
-They rallied the whole world. They marched, they fought ... they died. The same happend for the rest of the world. Your friend ... Alex?
-Yes?
-He's having American genes. His ancestors also tried what the Germans have tried....but the same happend to them. The Sirussians enslaved everyone, but the American continent. It took 200 years for Humanity to rise again. This time they crushed the Sirussians, they even took the fight to their planet. Sirius. And we were just about to reach the last fortress ... hell was brought upon both us and them. Forbidden weapons, unimaginable powers which allows the user to go through time and dimensions. It was the last hope of the Sirussians. And they indeed turned the tide, trying to forge a world of their likeness. Lots of wars followed again and again, but at last, the final battle has started, when both Humans and Sirussians used their forbidden weapons to start the last final war.....
-And? And? And???
-The forbidden weapons had consequences. Our world was dying, and then .. the whole Hell came from the skies. The Galaxy united against both Humans and Sirussians. We did all we could. We fought and fought .. and died once again. It was clear to the Sirussians that they could not stand a chance ... so they left their home, but they took us with them. No more than 1000 people were taken from Earth by them. It is still unclear if those people were the last Humans, or they just decided to take these ones in particular....
Our ancestors left the dying Earth ...together with our worst enemies.
And they brought us here. They brought us here and they left us telling that when we are ready, to go and find them.
We finnaly had peace. We built, we procreate, we lived ... and all of this thanks to our new home ... Terra Nova.
Son? ... Sleep well my son. We are ready.​

Encounter

​

And so ... after so many years of colonizing....from one thousand people we became one million people. Americans, Germans, English, French, Chinese, Indians, Japanese, Scandinavians, Slavs, Africans ...they've all established states around Terra Nova. But in all these years we only enjoyed peace. The whole world united as a Plutocratic Oligarchy ruled by every leader on the planet. A "Human Confederation" as they call it, ruled by Militaristic, Individualist and Materialist people. This is what we were forced to become.
When we realised what the Sirussians intended for our ancestors which were brought here, we created probes, containing information which were to be found by the Sirussians.
We recieved no answer. If the Sirussians didn't want do find us, we had to go and find them. Thanks to the prosperity brought by peace and desire to go back to Earth, we managed to create FTL machines. We are ready to find the Sirussians. Our greatest enemies ... and saviors.
...And so we went to the stars, we sent ships to survey the system...

After a whole year of exploring our own system, we went to another system. The resources we got were invaluable for our search of the Sirussians.

It took us only 5 years to find life in space. We found primitives. Our leaders decided not to make the mistake of the Sirussians. We did not invade, we did not intervene in their lives, but out of curiosity, an Observation Post was built.

Seeing no traces of Sirussians, we were beginning to worry about the fate of the probes we sent years ago. What if they crashed on a planet of primitives like the ones we just found? What if they were found by the ones who invaded our dear Earth in the last war? We decided to go and find them no matter what. Such mistakes should not happen again.

And so...one of the probe signals has lead our ships to Bazkarat System. We found the probe which was surely modified by another spacefaring species....but it wasn't that which intrigued us ... but the actual find of a spaceship ! Once they detected us, they dissapeared.
Our scientist continued to translate the modifications made to the probe. This might have a link to the spotted spaceship.

The Scientists did an incredible job. They managed to figure out what the probe was saying. It was modified by the Sirussians themselves! They introduced coordinates and directions, so we might find them.

When we reached the coordinates, we found the spaceship which ran away from Bazkarat System.
The Sirussians aboard the ship were not that friendly as we imagined....but what they said amazed us. They said that Ultio, the Sirussian Emperor by the time of the Sirro-Human Exodus, is still in charge of the Empire. The Sirussians escorted our ships to ..... Sirius? Didn't they left Sirius behind?
........
But when we got to Sirius it was nothing like the Elder books claimed it to be .... but anyway, we were ready to speak with the Legendary Emperor, Ultio himself.

As we entered the palace, I and my team were shocked when we saw Ultio..he was incredibly old, he hardly got up of his throne. It was clear that he was dying.
-Humans....at last. You are ready.
-Ready to take back our Homeworld.
-Assuming it was...wasn't completely destroyed...when we left.
-We? Is it truly you? ... the one from the legends?
-Way before ... I was born. A Sirussian Emp..Emperor was gifted ... to take tributes from his pe...people...in order to ... live. At least ... 250.000 Sirussians ... had to die so ... we can have this discussion.
After we ... we left you. We colonized this planet ... we called it Sirius, after our Homeworld. Our planet was ...completely destroyed shortly after ... *chg* we came for...you. By calling this one ... Sirius ... the memory of our ... beautiful homeworld...shall never die.
We were ... *hm hm* waiting your arrival for more than ... 300 years. When our colony ... was completed, your people was not yet ready .... so we prepared ... for this momment. For the momment when we will take ... our revenge. The invaders had no .. *ch ch* clue that we escaped to this place. Their alliance ... broken. They ..already forgot about it.
-So this is why you saved our ancestors?
-In the day of the...invasion. I met with the Human ... leaders. We formed .. alliance. The Humans were to fight ... while we prepared .. the ships. By the time ... we finished them. We hardly ... found anyone to save on Earth.
Today .. we shall continue ... what your ancestors wished ... for you. Our alliance .. is not dead. Link me to your .. leaders.
-..But everyone here seems to hate us!
-You were part .. of .. of the reason why we got...here. We..fought a civil war...in order to not...destroy your new...planet.
As long as...I live. This alliance will not. be. broken. They will .. get over it.

Later that day, the Human Confederation and Sirussian Empire formed the Sirro-Human alliance. The Sirussians helped us with our research. Giving blueprints and tips. They even showed us where Earth is on the galactic map....but still, some of Ultio's servants are still hating us. It is incredible what monster Ultio has tamed.

The First Colony​

It took 7 years for the Sirussians to start and co-exist with us in space. Emperor Ultio, even though he is the weakest he's ever been, still has a strong voice in the Empire.

It's been 17 years since we left for the stars...for the search of our Mother Earth.
The Sirussians helped us to establish our first colony, Harmony.

Some leaders objected to the idea to colonize in North, as they wanted to go South ... to Sol. The problem was that we are yet to find a habitable planet in the South.
The people from Terra Nova were anxious to leave their homes, and only a small amount of them has moved to Harmony. Mostly hunters and adventurers.

25 years since we left for the stars ... and we found a strange looking vessel in Giedi System. We immediately tried to establish communication with them.

"We are the Arthenn Hierarchy." This is the first message we recieved from them. It shocked us ... as the books are saying, the Arthenn were not affected by the usage of the forbidden weapons in Sol. They did not send their army to Earth and Sirius ... but they send mercenaries, lots of them which were willing to fight for money. The Sirussians immediately warned us that they are the most fiercefull in battle. Extremely strong and hard to kill.
The Arthenn did not seem to care about us. They said they will not divulge our position...for a huge sum of money. Our leaders cave in and paid the money. We do not want our enemies to know about our location.

With our safety secured by Arthenn in the North, we moved South, towards Sol ... but most of the systems there were occupied by spacefaring crystaline enteties and strange amoebas ... And so we sent our fleet to clear out the systems. We are about to witness the first battles in space.

The campaign was successful, and this was followed by even more good news. We have found an habitable planet in the Cardorth system. This time we have been more successful with the volunteers to join the Colony ships. I wonder if it was the will to move as far as possible from the Arthenn or it was really the call of our home...Earth?

The first Humans to reach the new planet were shocked about the huge number of predators. They requested military help ... and so we were sent to hunt the predators on Acrisia.

It was not the first time we found evidence of a huge precursor race. They definetely ruled the galaxy, but their legacy is still there, waiting to be found. Maybe we shall find out why they dissapeared? ....it seems that the more we explore the space, the less we know about it.

33 years after we left for the stars, and we have become Gods. Hilarious as it seems, a prank really went wrong on the primitive planet we are observing. The primitives have created a new religion. It was a really bad mistake to actively observe them. We should've moved back to passive observation.

More Crystaline Entities were found near a Pulsar. It was a gorgeous looking place, but a graveyard.

Incredible news from North. The Arthenn are at war with the Kilixens!
The Kilixens, as the books are saying, are an incredible race capable of shifting their body to everything. They were affected by the Forbidden Weapons, but with their powers they managed to destroy the "Ghosts" appearing on their planets. They were even being hired by other nations to clear their planets of the ghosts.
When the Alliance invaded Earth and Sirius, the Kilixens took form of the Germans ... and even Adolf Hitler. Taking shape of the Fuhrer, who once fought and died against the Sirussians, really made Rex's SS soldiers to change sides, resulting in a very successful Kilixen campaign in Europe.
The Sirussians paid the Arthenn to give them the location of the Raloi, the initial isolationist avian people. When the "Ghosts" started to affect them, they gave up their neutrality and forced the Asterians to form a Galactical Alliance against Earth and Sirius. They commandered the invasion and destruction of Sirius, while on Earth they only operated in Southern America and Indochina.

The Fourth Reich​

36 years since we left for the stars ... and here we are, meeting with the ones coordinating the invasions of Earth and Sirius. The Arthenn were willing to give the Raloi location in an exchange of money..and so we sent a ship to try and establish some diplomatic relations, but the Raloi refused to respond to our transmissions, and our ship was attacked in sight, almost destroying it.

And so we turned to the Kilixen. The ones who took shape of the Germans and destroyed everything in Europe. We did the same, we sent a ship to their systems. They responded to our transmissions, but they were extremely shocked.
"Any further advances into our systems would mean a declaration of war. We do not want another one. We left you alone, you leave us alone."
What did they mean? They destroyed our homeworld, and they claim they left us alone? ..... very confused, our ship was starting to rotate and go back to Terra Nova ...but the Kilixens have stoped them.
"Wait. You do not have their flags. Hah, we are sorry for the misunderstanding. You are the ones who left Earth. Yes. Yes. We are sorry. We knew you left. The Sirussians. We helped them a bit. They promised us they would destroy Sirius and leave as close as possible to the Galactic Core. It was the only solution to avoid unnecessary bloodshed. We are sorry for Sirius. For the Sirussians, Arthenn, Raloi and Zha's who were fighting on it. We are sorry for Earth too. We did all we could. But please, we would like to speak with your leaders. We want to know your stories. As soon as we are done with the Arthenn, we might help. Actually no. It all begun because of you. You will retake it yourselves. Trade and embassies should be more than enough for now."
The Kilixen were really strange looking, and their speech really pushed us more in the dark. Now we really have to see what happend to Earth....but if what they told us is true, the Sirussians lied to us. Their planet was not destroyed by the Alliance. They destroyed it? They really made a huge sacrifice to save us.

The Sirussians were not that happy that we have been trying to reach the other species of the Galaxy. We have told them about the Kilixen, but not about the fact that they destroyed their own planet. It's a topic that we think they wouldn't want to discuss. Ultio is dying, but he really doesn't look dumb. We think he is aware about what the Kilixen had told us. He is also building a huge fleet. They claim is for our own defense, but we think they are hiding something from us.

38 years since we left for the stars. We were shocked to find another Human ship in Mang System. We tried to communicate with them, but they fled as soon as we spotted them. We tried to follow it but we failed.

A whole species transfered into computers? This is an incredible find. We wonder what made them to do this. We do not have the means to resurrect them...at least not yet.

But the news of the species being trapped into computers were suddenly shadowed by the ship we found some months ago. They claimed to be The Fourth Reich.
