Great story telling! Not a surprise seeing who's the author.![]()
Viden: Hey, I remember you! The rabidly pro-Blanqui guy from Tommy's Rheinland AAR, right? Welcome aboard!
BTW, it seems that Anne is far away from home. How will she be in her new (and I fear, more barbarian) home?
Anna has an obsession with badgers that borders on the disturbing, but otherwise her Fair and Balanced reporting on the conquests of Alexander (both of Britain and the bedstead) make for very engaging reading.
So, now to get Alexander (the first, the Great) out from under the yoke of the false 'Emperor'...
Independence is a must. The HRE's name splattered across the whole of England... *Sigh*, It's sorta depressing.![]()
...under the inspired leadership of King William II the “Badger-pucker” (I feel that the mention of his true epithet would be much too shocking for my readers and certainly not the sort of thing a true lady of true virtue and noble birth such as myself should be mentioning in a history such as this. Even by Norman standards, I found his “exploits” a bit too much to take...)
...And the fact the celebrant was shot in the eye while he was performing the service and happened to spill his eye-blood all over my precious white wedding dress did not in any way ease my tensions...
Bishop Damaes presided over the Christening, which proved to be wonderful service which warmed the hearts of all those who attended.
With the aid of such a brilliant and beautiful spymaster safeguarding King Alexandros from foolish schemes it was no wonder that Duke Robert saw the futility of further plots against the King's life.
It was not an easy decision for Alexandros to make, as it undoubtedly meant sacrificing a good many men, loyal and true, to the rebels. I... did my best to console him.
The discovery of such documents was cause for feasting and celebration back home, as the ink had not yet dried when the hundred year old document was discovered while the parchment looked as fresh as if it had literally been written on the day before; this was clearly a sign of divine intervention, and the claims were consecrated as a holy relic: The Sacred Parchment of the Undrying Ink.
That's a nice spin on things.Clearly, we'll see the recovery of many more of these relics in the as-yet to be discussed parts of Alexander's reign, even more proof of the divine favor bestowed on him.
